DCC Business Club Privacy Policy

DCC Business Club collects information needed to operate the official Dhaka Commerce College Business Club digital platform, including account details, membership registration data, event registrations, ticket records, certificate records, payment status, and support communications.

Registration forms may collect required club administration details such as name, email address, phone number, class, batch, guardian information, institute details, uploaded profile photos, and answers submitted by the applicant.

We use collected information to create and manage member accounts, verify registrations, process event participation, issue tickets and certificates, send account and security notifications, support administrative review, and maintain accurate club records.

Payment metadata is used to verify transactions and update registration status. Sensitive gateway secrets such as PINs, OTP codes, card CVV values, or full payment credentials are not intentionally collected or stored by this platform.

When an authorized administrator connects Google Drive, the platform uses Google Drive access to upload, organize, retrieve, and delete club files such as profile photos, event media, certificates, tickets, and form-related assets.

When an authorized administrator connects Gmail API, the platform uses Gmail send access only to send DCC Business Club emails such as verification messages, security alerts, event notices, support replies, and operational notifications.

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence models. Access is limited to the operational purposes disclosed in this policy.

Member and applicant records are available only to authorized roles such as Admins and permitted club leadership according to platform role-based access controls.

We may share information when required for club operations, payment verification, legal compliance, institutional review, fraud prevention, security enforcement, or user-requested support.

Credentials and provider secrets are stored backend-side and protected with encrypted secure settings where supported by the platform. Access to administration tools is permission controlled.

Records are retained for as long as needed for membership, event, certificate, payment, security, compliance, and club administration purposes, unless deletion is required by policy or approved administrative action.
